2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered if:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of course enrollment

  • The user has completed less than 20% of the course content

  • The course has not been marked as completed

  • No certificate has been issued


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The refund request is made after the allowed refund period

  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed

  • A certificate has already been issued

  • The course is offered at a discounted or promotional price

  • The user violated platform Terms & Conditions


4. Subscription & Bundle Purchases

  • Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated

  • Course bundles are non-refundable, even if partially used


5. Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered in cases of verified technical issues that prevent course access, provided the issue is not caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or browser.
